Cloud billing, stock, and ledgers

billing, inventory, and party ledger software for Indian shops

VyaparSakha is a cloud ERP for wholesalers, retailers, and spare distributors. Create invoices, track stock, manage customer and supplier ledgers, record purchases, and share a live product price list on WhatsApp — from one shop account.

  • GST and non-GST invoices
  • Live stock after every bill
  • Customer and supplier ledgers
  • Public store URL for buyers

Shop features in the live product

These modules exist in the VyaparSakha dashboard used by owners and managers.

Counter billing and invoices

Create cash, online, or unpaid bills, print receipts, and share invoice PDFs on WhatsApp. Bill history stays searchable for the shop.

Products, categories, and live price lists

Keep buy and sell rates, opening stock, and categories in one catalogue. Share a public product link so customers can order on WhatsApp.

Manage Store public website

Owners create a public store URL from Manage Store, pick products or categories, and share a mini-website that shows live inventory and rates.

Stock on hand

See current stock, adjust quantities, and avoid billing items that are out of stock. Low stock is marked on shared price lists.

Parties and outstanding balances

Save customers and suppliers with phone numbers, then track what they owe or what you owe them.

Party ledgers and payments

Open a party ledger, record payments, and keep invoice and payment history together for follow-up.

Purchase bills

Record supplier purchases, update stock from received goods, and keep purchase history next to sales.

Daily dashboard

See sales, bills, and stock in one overview so owners do not need a separate spreadsheet for the day.

Managers and module access

Owners can add managers and grant only the modules they need, such as billing or stock, without opening the full account.

Manage Store

Publish a public store URL for products and inventory

Owners open Manage Store, create a store website, and share a link such as shop-name/products/code. Buyers see live catalogue, prices, and stock, then order on WhatsApp. No customer login is required.

Your shop name in the URL

The public link uses your company name, for example wholesale-mobile-wala/products/your-code, so buyers recognise the shop.

Live products and stock

The page reads the current catalogue. Rates, categories, and stock marks such as low stock stay in sync with the shop account.

WhatsApp order from each item

Buyers search, filter by category, and tap WhatsApp on a product or on the shop number to place an order.

Photos when media is on

If the owner profile allows media, products with images show as small category cards. Without media, the same list stays a compact price list.

How VyaparSakha works

The same flow owners use after login: set up the shop, bill the counter, then share rates.

  1. Step 1

Sign in to your shop account

Owners and managers log in at the same web app. Access is limited to the modules assigned to each user.

  2. Step 2

    Add parties, products, and rates

Create customers, suppliers, categories, and products with buy price, sell price, and opening stock.

  3. Step 3

    Bill sales and record purchases

Make a bill at the counter or enter a purchase. Stock and party balances update from those documents.

  4. Step 4

    Publish a public store URL

In Manage Store, pick products or categories and get a shop URL such as your-shop-name/products/code. Buyers open live inventory and order on WhatsApp.

Who VyaparSakha is for

Built for Indian trade shops that sell daily and follow party accounts, not for generic office suites.

Wholesale and retail counters

Fast billing, unpaid and cash bills, and a bill history you can print or share the same day.

Mobile parts and spare distributors

Catalogue with categories, live stock, and a shareable price list for dealers who order on WhatsApp.

Repair and service shops

Bill parts and jobs, keep customer phones on the party record, and follow unpaid balances in the ledger.

Owners who work with store managers

Give a manager billing or stock access only. The owner keeps parties, settings, and the rest of the business.

Why shops use one account

These points describe how the software is actually used. They are not claims about competitors or results.

One place for the daily shop

Billing, stock, purchases, and ledgers sit in the same account, so staff do not copy numbers between apps.

Built around WhatsApp follow-up

Invoices and public price lists are made to share on WhatsApp, which is how many Indian shops already take orders.

Shop-wise access control

Managers only see granted modules. Restricted owners can be limited to the same module list used in the sidebar.

Works in the browser

The app runs on phone and desktop browsers. There is no separate install required to bill or check stock.

Frequently asked questions

Answers match the current VyaparSakha product. Plans are assigned when you get an account.

What is VyaparSakha?

VyaparSakha is a cloud business app for shops that need billing, product stock, customer and supplier ledgers, purchases, and WhatsApp-ready invoices or price lists.

Who is VyaparSakha for?

It is built for Indian wholesale and retail counters, mobile parts and spare distributors, and repair shops that bill every day and follow party balances.

Can I share my product rates with customers?

Yes. From Manage Store, owners create a public store website, choose products or categories, and copy a URL to send on WhatsApp. Buyers see live rates, stock, and can order on WhatsApp.

What does the public store page show?

It shows the shop name, optional logo and tagline, searchable products grouped by category, selling prices, stock status, and a WhatsApp button. Product photos appear only when media is enabled on the owner profile and the item has an image.

Does billing update stock and party balances?

Yes. Completed bills reduce stock for limited-stock items and post to the party ledger for unpaid or paid invoices. Purchases can increase stock when goods are received.

Can I give a manager limited access?

Owners can add managers and assign module permissions such as billing, stock, or products. Managers then only use those parts of the shop account.

How do I start if I do not have a login yet?

Use the WhatsApp contact on this page to request a walkthrough. Existing users can sign in from the Login page with their shop account.

Is this a mobile app or a website?

VyaparSakha is a web application. You open it in a browser on a phone, tablet, or computer after you have an account.

Is VyaparSakha free?

VyaparSakha offers plans for Indian shopkeepers and wholesalers. Contact us on WhatsApp at +91 76340 57438 or email support.vyaparsakha@gmail.com for current pricing details and a free demo.

Does VyaparSakha support GST invoices?

Yes. VyaparSakha supports both GST and non-GST invoices. You can create counter bills with GSTIN, add tax rates per product, and share invoice PDFs directly on WhatsApp.

Is VyaparSakha good for mobile parts and spare distributors?

Yes. VyaparSakha is designed for mobile parts, spare parts, and electronics distributors. It has product categories, live stock, a shareable WhatsApp price list, and party ledgers for dealer credit management.

How is VyaparSakha different from other billing software?

VyaparSakha is built specifically for Indian wholesalers and spare parts dealers. It offers a public store URL so buyers can browse your live inventory and order directly on WhatsApp — a feature most billing apps do not have.

Is my data safe on VyaparSakha?

Yes. All data is stored securely in the cloud. Each shop account has its own login, and managers can only access the modules the owner has granted them.

Can VyaparSakha be used in Hindi?

VyaparSakha's interface is in English, but all invoices, product names, and party names can be entered in any language including Hindi. Our support team communicates in both Hindi and English.
